Travel and Meeting Schedule Update - Letter from Linda

Welcome to the Navajo Mission Trip!  The mission trip is full with 43 students and 12 adults (bus capacity of 55).  We also have four students currently on the wait-list, so let me know if your plans change and we can refund your deposit and have another student take your spot.

The trip to the Navajo Reservation will take about 24 hours including food and fuel stops and with the bus at capacity (no empty seats), we are planning to stay overnight in Amarillo both directions (probably in a church gym).  That means we will now leave early in the morning on Saturday June 18 (around 6:30 am) and return late in the evening on Sunday June 26 (around 9:00 pm).  Let me know if that schedule poses any problems for you.

Travel Schedule:

Saturday, June 18:  Leave Gloria Dei around 6:30 am

Sunday, June 26:  Return to Gloria Dei around 9:00 pm

Mark your calendars for these important dates (it is very important for all servants (students & adults) to attend all of the meetings):

I created an e-mail group with student e-mails and parent e-mails (from the registration form).  Let me know if you want Mission Trip information sent to any other e-mail address(es) or if you want to delete an e-mail address from the distribution.
